Nate Hay is an Athletic Therapist who specializes in sports and work related injuries. He was the Head Athletic Therapist of the Edmonton Eskimos Football Club for over 10 years. Nate has also worked in professional baseball, and elite level hockey, soccer, volleyball and track and field. He is a soft tissue specialist who provides treatment in Active Release Techniques, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization Techniques, Shockwave Therapy, and cupping. He attended the University of Alberta and Mount Royal Universities and graduated in 2007. He is an expert in the treatment of acute injuries and post operative care to longer term rehabilitation for orthopaedic injuries. Nate grew up playing baseball, volleyball, basketball and competing in track and field. He believes in an active lifestyle and loves to run.
