LEARN TO BE AN ATHLETE

This fundamental athletic class is tailored toward youth athletes ages 10-12 and will teach athletic movement with a focus on the mechanics of run, jump and throw.  Athletes will focus on developing speed, agility, eye-hand coordination and aerobic fitness. Once athletes graduate they will move into our Train to be an Athlete program.   Class times are offered at varying times through the week to allow for flexibility, with a maximum of 8 athletes per session.  We recommend 2 sessions per week.

TRAIN TO BE AN ATHLETE

Our advanced group training program for U16 athletes who have mastered the athletic fundamentals.  This program focuses on speed, power, strength and anaerobic/aerobic development, and introduces athletes to our state of the art Keiser equipment.  Incorporating Keiser allows us to build strength in a safe and effective way for developing athletes. Sessions are offered at varying times through the week to allow for flexibility. We recommend 2-3 sessions per week.

PROGRAMMED ONE ON ONE

For those athletes looking for one on one training we have limited training times available with our performance coaches- all of whom have extensive experience. Members will have access to semi-private training times on days they are not working with their coach
