Fundamental training programs are designed for Athletes as young as 10 years old.
Classes focus on fundamental movements, building a base level of conditioning, speed, agility and an intro to strength and power
Monday - 6 PM
Tuesday - 5 PM
Wednesday- 4 PM
Thursday - 5 PM
Friday - 4 PM
Saturday - 10 AM
Attend up to 3x per week.
Closed for stat holidays.

PHASE 1: RECOVER
PHASE 2: PREPARE
PHASE 3: PERFORM
Phase 1 is a comprehensive foundational strength, power, and movement program geared toward
active recovery and building a base level of conditioning to prepare for the more intense phases of
training to come. Mobility, injury recovery and general conditioning are the focus.
Phase 2 builds on Phase 1 with a more advanced strength and power program. In Phase 2 our athletes start to focus on building and maintaining the explosive speed, power, and agility that they need to achieve maximum athletic performance.
In Phase 3, we optimize work capacity, movement quality, speed, and agility related to your sport in order to prepare for the season.
