15U ACADEMY

Our 15U program is a year-round, periodized baseball development program offering comprehensive training and competition in a high-performance team culture. The Academy is aimed at players who strive to play baseball at a high level, and are committed to working on their skills.

September through March the program consists of 8-10 hours of baseball skill and athletic training sessions per week, with exhibition games and travel to 1-2 tournaments.

In season, support continues with weekly batting cage access, in-season training program (1 day per week) and access to the ATHX recovery tools.

FALL BLOCK - SEPT-OCT 2023 - 4 WEEK FUNDAMENTAL PHASE

4-5 training days per week
Post-season phase focused on testing, recovery, mobility, and mechanics
2 ATHX strength sessions per week
Fundamental baseball skill training
2-3 weekly Outdoor practices at RE/MAX
Exhibition Games and 1-2 tournaments

WINTER BLOCK 1 - NOV-DEC 2023 - 10 WEEK BUILD PHASE

4-5 training days per week
Athletic training focused on strength, speed, and power
3 ATHX strength sessions per week
Focused and innovative baseball skill development
Weekly indoor practice at CCRC

WINTER BLOCK 2 - JAN-MAR 2024 - 10 WEEK ATHLETIC POWER AND SEASON PREP PHASE

4-5 training days per week
Sport-specific movement training focused on agility, speed, and power
2 ATHX strength sessions per week
1-2 Baseball sessions focused on skill development and gameplay
Weekly Indoor practice per week at CCRC

IN-SEASON SUPPORT APRIL 2024 - AUGUST 2024

In-season training program - 1 day per week
Access to ATHX recovery tools (Normatech, Game Ready etc)
Access to ATHX facility (batting cage and gym once a week

PROGRAM FEE & PAYMENT OPTIONS

Total Program Fee - $6,500.00 + GST
*Non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure registration

Full program payment with 10% discount on balance: $5,400 + GST due Sept 1

Payment Option 2:
$2,000.00 + GST on or before September 1
