U15 GIRLS PRE-SEASON PREP

The U15 Girls pre-season prep program is an 8-week program designed to help Jr. High athletes be at their best when the season starts. The program combines 2 hours per week of ATHX strength and conditioning with 90 minutes of basketball skill focus.

 

The ATHX training component focuses on building overall athletic movement, agility, speed and conditioning.  This program is guaranteed to build you into a better athlete as well as a better ball player!

PROGRAM SCHEDULE - OCTOBER 11 - DECEMBER 3​​

6:00 PM - 7:00 PM Tuesdays

  • 60 min Strength Training

1:00 PM - 3:30 PM Saturdays

  • 60 min Strength Training

  • 90 min Basketball Skills

*Program is capped at 12 athletes.

**Program fee includes a mid-workout ATHX Fuel Bar smoothie on Saturday sessions.

U18/17 GIRLS IN-SEASON TRAINING

This program is designed to help high school athletes maintain their conditioning, strength and athletic performance during the rigours of the season. 

 

Weekly training sessions will focus on building and maintaining overall athletic movement, agility, speed and conditioning, with shooting reps using the Dr. Dish thrown in for added fun. 

PROGRAM SCHEDULE - NOVEMBER TO MARCH

WEEKLY SESSIONS AND TRAINING DATES TBD

*Program is capped at 6 athletes.

CUSTOM TRAINING OPTIONS

Our team of dedicated coaches are here to help you redefine your personal limits as an athlete. Start with a thorough evaluation in the ATHX lab to give us the information necessary to prepare an individualized training plan. From there, athletes will work in a private setting with our coaches working towards their individualized goals.

 

Sessions combine Basketball skill development with athletic conditioning and strength training.
