We at ATHX are excited to announce the expansion of our youth baseball academy for the 2023-2024 season. Building on the success of our previous programs, we are now offering a wider range of options for our young athletes.
It's our Academy mission to give talented and dedicated youth players in Alberta the tools they need to play at the next level by delivering a comprehensive training and competition platform in a high-performance team culture.
WHAT'S NEW THIS SEASON?
This season, we are introducing both full-year travel team programs and session-based programs for part-time participants. Our mission remains the same - to provide talented and dedicated youth players with the tools they need to excel at the next level. Our comprehensive training and competition platform, delivered in a high-performance team culture, is designed to do just that.
THE ATHX ADVANTAGE
The ATHX Baseball Academy program is the only fully integrated development program in the Edmonton area. Developed by coaches and professionals who know what it takes to get results, our program provides athletes with baseball skill development, comprehensive strength and conditioning, sport medicine, nutrition support, and mental skills coaching.
PRACTICE AT RE/MAX FIELD
As part of our partnership with the Edmonton Riverhawks, our Academy programs will have the privilege of practicing at RE/MAX Field, the home field of ATHX Baseball Academy, for as long as weather permits.
OUR TEAMS
18U Academy Team
The 18U Academy Team is for players who are committed to year-round skill development and are aiming to play baseball at a high level. We offer a full year training and travel program designed around the individual needs of each athlete. The program will help them excel in the game and attract post-secondary baseball opportunities.
15U Academy
The 15U program is a year-round, periodized baseball development program offering comprehensive training and competition in a high-performance team culture. It's perfect for players who are committed to developing their skills and aiming to play baseball at a high level.
13U Academy
The 13U Academy, like our high-performance 15U/18U program, is built on the same principles and structure but without tournament travel. It's designed for players who are committed to working on their skills and aiming to play baseball at a high level.
