YOUTH OFF-SEASON DRYLAND HOCKEY
The ATHX Off Season Hockey Training program is a fully integrated athlete development program combining advanced training and recovery programming, integrated sport medicine services, mental skills coaching, reaction training and nutrition planning.
Our mission is to give high-level and dedicated youth players the best possible opportunity to achieve their goals.

ATHX TRAINING MODEL
CONSULT & GOAL SETTING
The point of entry into the ATHX program is a phone or in-person consult with our program director. The consult helps us understand each athlete's goals and commitment to high-performance mindset.
ATHLETE TESTING
Prior to entering training, each athlete will undergo a comprehensive assessment and medical screening with our sports performance team to assess injury risk and overall biomechanics. This athlete score gives us a baseline to create personalized training and recovery strategies for the athlete.
TEAM TRAINING
Athletes work in a group setting to build teamwork and competition, but their program is personalized to their individual needs and goals and managed by an integrated team of experts. Space is limited to 8 athletes per age group.
